Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management.
Interpret sales, marketing, customer, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare business reports and presentations for leadership.
Support strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
Identify trends, risks, and business improvement opportunities.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
Good understanding of SQL for data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
Understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer analytics.
Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted analytics is an added advantage.
